Interested eligible candidates may obtain hard copies of the tender documents from VSF-Suisse Offices in Mandera or Bullahawa at no cost. The document may also be viewed and downloaded here for free. Candidates may also ask to receive the tender documents via email, again for free. The bidders/suppliers MUST attach all the required/mandatory documents (Certificate of Registrations, Business permits, Tax and Tax compliance certificates with the relevant Government Authorities at Federal and Sub-National Levels) and other necessary documents. Tenders will be opened immediately thereafter at the VSF-Suisse Office Nairobi in the presence of the tenderers or their representatives who may choose to attend. Late tenders will not be opened/analysed.
